Led by Barry, Brett and David Kratchman, the food industry veterans have partnered with founder Yann Machard to build a family-owned company that delivers high-quality European-inspired and traditional American desserts. The business operates under the leadership of award-winning, internationally-trained pastry chef Michael D’Angelo, Carlos Colon, Bonnie Sartore and Donna Hanold. Together the team creates pastries that combine innovative culinary design, exceptional quality and artisan craftsmanship.
