Led by Barry, Brett and David Kratchman, the food industry veterans have partnered with founder Yann Machard to build a family-owned company that delivers high-quality European-inspired and traditional American desserts. The business operates under the leadership of award-winning, internationally-trained pastry chef Michael D’Angelo, Carlos Colon, Bonnie Sartore and Donna Hanold. Together the team creates pastries that combine innovative culinary design, exceptional quality and artisan craftsmanship. Ideal for both executive and pastry chefs alike, the diverse finished dessert options are available in an extensive line of flavor profiles including holiday/seasonal, kosher, vegan and gluten-alternative.
